well if you could tell me what you think about my pct all info would be soaked up as for my diet its a diet that i got from this sight with 285 p ,806 ch ,and 104 f , five meals a day and 5340 calories
6'1 34 years old today at 270 pounds looking to get to 260 12% bf and i know you would say thats to much to do a cycle but dum dum and
Height: 6'1
Weight: 270
Bench Press: 375 for 10 reps
Dumbbell Shoulder press: 110lbs for 8 reps
Seated Hammer curls: 75 dumbbells for 8 reps
Squats: 400lbs for 10 rep not really a big goal
Lunges: 200 lbs for 10 reps (F**CKEN HATE THESE)
Deadlifts: 375 for 12 reps and getting better
still working on cardio never felt it but just got my sets of kettlebells and im sucking wind but having fun
sorry forgot my goal not to much more upper body size because im already pretty huge up top but need to be more goal oriented on lower body , but if you can tell me whats wrong with my pct maybe a little info would be great

weight lifting about 5 year id say two of those were solid ans more intense than the others
