Flu on cycle

Hi all,

A week ago i kinda got mixed up with a test flu and a real flu, so i just left it, and now i'm starting to think it's a real flu.

Got any ideas to prevent this during cycle for all of our juicing bros out there so this can be prevented by everyone in the future.

I dunno if my concept is wrong here, i thought getting a flu shot is injecting the flu virus itself into ur body so that u actually get ill first, and then ur body produces the anti-bodies to combat it and then ur body becomes immuned to that particular common flu pattern for that particular time, since the flu virus is ever changing.... which is why there are different flu shots out every year.

I would appreciate it if someone could correct me on this.

they inject a dead strain or someshit.

they generally predict what strain will be the most prominent, then base the shot off that.

they have been wrong before.

Yeah, one other thing that puts me off also is that some GP's actually have posters up for a particular brand of flu shot that says "best selling" somewhere on it...

Then I have a moment of quiet though "WTF!!!!!" best selling???
