My first Cycle - help needed

Hi

i am looking for help in designing my first cycle

i have just bought some nandrodec 300 and testanate 300 for the cycle and clomid for the PCT

being new to taking steriods i have tried to do a lot of research on different websites but there tends to be a lot of conflicting view so i am going to ask many people for advice. i have read that i should be taking 500mg of testenate a week.

now does that in effect mean a just under a 1ml shot twice a week? as i really dont understand chemistry at all!!! is the Mg content per millilitre??

on some forums they have suggested just to use the testenate and not the nandrodec on the first cycle. whats the views on here??

also what would people suggest would be the best overall cycle

i am 6ft 4 and 220lbs if any one needs to know

Alot of people just use test in first cycle....on the bottle of juice it should say how many mg's it is per ml.......1 ml=1cc...so if its 250 mg's per ml......1cc gives you 250 mg's. WE normally don't use the cc term here....we keep it to ml.....eliminates confusion.

what kinda ester does the test u have contain???
since its your first cycle you might wanna go with a longer one like test e or somehting to minimize injections... im in the medical field and i still hit nerves and veins with eod shots... live and learn!!

So you will have to shoot .8-.85ml twice per week to get about 500mg/week.
