IMHO, When posting a new message please provide the following:
Height:
Weight:
Age:
BF%:
Diet:
PCT:
Maybe even post your Goals and what you hope to achieve.
Example of a bad post,
Hello, I need help. I did a cycle for 10-14 weeks and then did a 4 week PCT. I'm having problems please help.

age
height
weight
bf%
diet summary/# meals per day
years lifting / workout split
cycle experience
pct/estrogen control knowledge
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

Yes, but how many times have there been posts where these questions have not been answered. I figure if it's here and short to the point maybe then they will post correctly.
