Cycle help.
Ok so what should i do.
My stats
Age:25
Height:5:8
Weight:220
B/F 15%
Lifting 6 years
My question is for a first cycle. I researched and found the 500mg of Test E a week for 10-12 weeks was a good starting cycle.
What i plan to do, only half of the dose for 10 weeks. Im just trying to get over a small plateau which i cant do with food because i already upped my diet to 7000 calories a day and it is honestly to much for me to up it.
Week 1-10 250mg a week
Week
14-16 day 1 of pct 40mg of Tamoxifen . and then 20 mg everyday for 2 weeks after that.
Also i understand if i get signs of gyno to start the tamoxifen right away, but if i dont get any signs should i just keep the pct lower after at 20mg everyday, How should i run it?

dont half the doses...
7000 calories is quite a bit...you look like you need to run about 4000 calories maybe less your bf% is high
take the nolva at the end of the cycle....have letro for gyno

Why are you waiting 4wks to start PCT? and why are you running it for only 2wks?

250mg. of only test for 10 weeks is pretty low and short, I wouldn't waste my time. Also theres a very slight chance you would see gyno from that dose.

In the long run you would possibly loose more than you actually gain from that cycle

I just want to get over the plateau. Its low dose and yes i can see their may be signs of gyno. But again i aint looking for incredible gains im just looking to gain a few pounds and get over the flat line. I can not increase my calories any more. My diet is in check.

Im curious to see that diet with macros...
I really want to see 7000 cals on paper...
And that dose seems pointless. I understand you want to get over that hump, but you might as well get the full gains from a cycle.
Even if your dose is low, it doesnt mean youre not cycling bro.
If you are going to get wet, you might as well go swimming.

I will write what i eat down tomoorow and i will then post it.
Lots of protein shakes,steak,burger,pasta,fish,proteinbars,meal replacements.
I no you might think why meal replacments. I use them not to replace a meal but its easier to consume and it saves money. I post you guys my daily food tomoorow as i go about my day.

The plateau is when you can gain no more naturally. And naturally i never been stuck for over 7 months.

he knows what a plateau is, what he meant was what is your yours specifically, like can you not gain, is your strength not going up, you can't lose fat, a combination
once you post the diet i'll critique it and see what we can do
how long do you do the same type of work outs and such before you change the structure to shock your body? or do you?

that diet sounds suspect already.. with 3 of the main things being protein shakes, protein bars, and meal replacements, you don't get much whole food after all that
running a fully dosed cycle isn't "relying on steroids " its making the most of what you're doing. like it or not, using only 250mg is relying on steroids, so why not actually see something from it besides another 10 pounds on the bench press?

OOO.
I am not growing anymore muscle. Its been 7 months and i gained 2 pounds. The workouts i change up 2x a year 6 months then the switch.
T OWN. I did not say that was my only food intake but a big part of my food intake.
Drinking 4 meal replacements 2x a day is in it self 2000 calories. Plus the protein shake has 190 calories in it and i add 2 bannanas at 90 calories each. I drink those 4 times a day before and after my work out with my dinner with my lunch. I will write it up tomorow night for you guys. Maby im not consuming the right amount or right things.

Dude...you are SO FAR OFF!!!
Listen to the people here.....just because you are doing 500mg x 12 wks doesn't mean you are "relying" on steroids ...diet, cardio, lifting is 80%, from what it seems you arn't ready
...research plateau breaking excercises and modify your diet....you cant possibly plateau at your experience...
...your barking up the wrong tree....either do aas or dont...if you do...follow our advice...
DONE

Too many liquid calories in that diet, no wonder you're not gaining anything. Try adding more real food to your diet and not rely on " Liquid Protein Products. " I would change my workout every six to eight weeks as muscle adapt and become used to the same workout, they need to be shocked.

diet helps but isn't everything. Have you tried incorporating some powerlifting into you workouts? Also, sad but true, naturally we can only obtain and hold so much muscle mass. Juicing one time and coming off doesn't mean you'll be able to keep what you've gained, pct or not. Juicin is for life when keeping more muscle than is actually possible naturally. Either consider cycling aas, HGH, or cut down and be happy with what you can hold naturally. Not many more options. At 5-8 220@15% your doing very good to hold there naturally.
