    example of a good cutting cycle for a beginner..

    Just looking for some suggestions on a good cutting cycle.

    I got one Diet and Cardio and Carb Cycle you will get shredded

    Like 300lbs to 200 or something yeah?

    Hi War! Yes that was me. I'm just planning a cutting cycle for down the road and wanted to get some ideas. Here are my stats right now, but I'm sure will change by the time I run the cycle.

    age 28
    height 5'11
    weight 210
    bf% 10-12
    diet summary/# meals per day-keto diet/5+ meals a day
    years lifting / workout split -5years/1 hour cardio 1 hour weight training 5 days on 1 day off

    cycle experience-ran a few cycles around 19 years old
    pct/estrogen control knowledge-good
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...) Looking to add 5-10 more pounds Lean muscle, also looking to cut the rest of the body fat.

    Ok well...

    If you can continue losing Bf% thats good.

    Now a nice cycle i use to lean bulk, not exactly a cutter per sa, but it does yield nice results and keeps the BF% down.

    Test Prop Weeks 1-12 @ 75mg ED
    Tren Ace Weeks 1-10 @ 50mg ED
    (Or this can be sub'd for Winn)Masteron Weeks 1-10 @ 50mg ED
    (Letro on hand in case of serious sides.)

    PCT
    Nolva - 20/20/20/20
    Aromasin - 25/25/25/25
    hCG - 500IU's 2xW for the last two weeks of cycle, and first two weeks of PCT.

    Or if you think that is too much of a cycle for you, considering this is your first one in years. Then a Test Prop cycle w/ winn might suit you.

    Or if you really want to shred the BF off, a T3/Clen /Prop stack is great.

    Its really up to what kinda goals you want.

    Thanks War! Dont think I want to run t/3 again though. That might be a bit much for the first one. I think I may go with test/ winn cycle. I want to stay away from bloat as much as possible.

    Agreed. I'm still learning on the aas part of the deal, but I'd be happy to help you with your diet if u wanna post what you got goin on in the diet forum.

    I'm kind of over the low carb thing and I'm worried about doing it on aas due to the already added aggresion.

    Begin with a bulking cycle.

    If you are overweight, lost weight naturally first. Once you are down to a decent bf%, then think about doing your first bulking cycle. Your first cycle will almost always have the most gains, so why waste it cutting?

    Thats a bad choice.

    All oral cycle will be hell on your liver. Var is no problem but not Winn.

    btw, thats entirely too much Clomid IMO.

    Test E 500mg/week Weeks 1-10

    Will provide lots of anabolism to greatly hinder catabolism from harsh dieting and cardio.

    Thanks for this sample. Couple questions:
    What is a safe/effective dose for clen ?
    Is it safe to stack T3 and clen or will the side effects double?
    What do you prefer - masteron pills or injection?
    Why don't you inject the test prop?

    I need to get on one of those. I was taking some herbal pill which worked but I realized lowering my dht is bad for my gains so I stopped taking it
