Injection frequencies?
I am running Sust 250 EOD. At first I was just pinning my delts but it was too much so I began delts and biceps. I usually experience a knot in the injection site for up to 4 days after the injection which is tender and painful. I could do legs/glutes but I have to walk upwards of 5-7 miles a day (I am in Iraq) and don’t feel like limping around. My question is if it is okay to pin a muscle once a week or is that bad? Thanks.

Thanks man, thats good news. I tried doing lats to but that sucked. I think that arms is the best for me. I even considered doing traps and pecs but I think I will hold what I got with delts and bis. Thanks again.

To help with the pain or lumping, try mixing with sterile water or running hot water over the syringe for about a minute and then inject slowly. Inject high for the glutes.

Gultes arent as bad as you think bro...
Pecs is one option.. Id stay away from traps.

Inject in pecs. I've injected prop in them and there's not much pain at all, and the prop WASN'T eo based.

SUST once a week? You kidding me?
EOD is optimal, E3D should be minimal. Any longer then that and your blood levels are gonna be jumpy which in turn are going to create more sides.
Switch injection sites bro, you can use delts, lats, pecs, bi's, glutes, quads, etc... plenty of sites to shoot to give others time off.

If not, i agree with LegoBricks. But i think if you are gonna use sustacrap, ED is optimal, and EOD at minimum.
If you cant handle the injections, switch to Test E or C.

I as well looked at the ed or eod injections but didn't go that way because of the original question of pinning a muscle once a week.....but I do agree that sus should be ed or eod.

Day 1 - Right Glute
Day 2 - Right Quad
Day 3 - Right Delt
Day 4 - Left Glute
Day 5 - Left Quad
Day 6 - Left Delt
Day 7 - Right Glute

I am pinning EOD just for clarification. I will go ahead and try glutes and pecs to see what its like. From now on I am just going to do Test E so I dont have to deal with so many injections ha-ha! Thanks for all of the great information.
