Yeah...No disrespect but you need to educate yourself a little first.

Most importantly, how old are you? Generally members here like to know that the person they are helping isn't under 21 or has little to no experience in the gym.

Ok, post it and we'll be the judge of how "strong" your diet is.
90% of the people that come to this site in search of cycle advice are in for a let down when they don't have a diet dialed in completely before they take the plunge.
DIET IS EVERYTHING IN THIS GAME, don't let anyone tell u differently.
If you are 14% bf, you obviously don't have a "strong" diet at 6'1 and 190 lbs.
Post each meal you eat every day...You should be eating roughly 6-8 times over the course of the day with a healthy mix of only protein/fat or protein/carbs in each meal.
Carbs + Fat + Protein is NOT ideal.

There isn't even 1500 calories in that diet, and probably less than 100g of protein!
If you are looking to get big, you need to eat big.
You clearly aren't eating enough food, you aren't eating enough protein, not enough fat, and not enough carbs.
To start you in the right direction, I'd aim for 3100 calories each day and at least 350g of protein for starters.
Cut out the shakes, and eat real food...You'll be able to gain 20 lbs in 4 or 5 months if you plan a diet that is similar to those criteria and will have saved your money until you've learned everything you can here from everyone willing to help you.
Good luck.

Once you take some time to get a good diet, and 6months using it, re-think if you want to use AAS.

Come up with a diet and post it in the diet section...There are other bros there like Narkissos and Novastepp with an encyclopedia of useful information they share with others.
