    First time User

    Hello everyone I am new to the forum. I am about to start my first cycle ever. I was wondering if doing a deca /test stack is the best way to go. I was advised by some gym rats im always around to go this route. Any advise would be appreciated. I am looking for strength gains but more than anything I am looking to put on mass. I would like to be at least 200 in 6 months

    Welcome to AR...

    Age please...also, from your other stats, you main problem seems to be diet. Also, don't listen to the gym rats anymore. You should stick with one compound so if you acquire any type of sides you will know what is probably the cause.

    You need food with those stats, not steroids .

    I am 23 and intake between 5-7000 calories a day. Thats including shakes and regular food. I have an extremly fast metabolism and play basketball which keeps me running constantly

    i bout that my freind,even at 6,5 you should grow on that.

    if you are eating that and not growing then there is somethink very wrong with you lifting.

    Breakfast- 8 egg whites, 2 waffles, bowl of oatmeal 2 cups, glass whole milk
    snack- muscle milk shake with whole milk
    lunch-tuna on white 2 sandwhiches fruit cup whole milk
    snack-muscle milk whole milk
    dinner- t-bone with mashed potatos, 2 slices of white bread
    snack-cyto gainer with whole milk

    the muscle milke shake are 800 with ice cream and whole milk and the cyto gainer is pushing 12 with ice cream and whole milk. So should I not start a cycle at all????

    if your gonna do it id go with 500mg test for 10-12 weeks.

    how about anti-e's and pct.. got that covered?

    I have never done a cycle before. What will pct. be used for. I thought you only used anti e if you saw negative side effects. Im totally new to the cycle. I have taken prohormones several times before but didn't see that many results.

    well you atleast need to have anti-e's on hand incase problems arise.
    pct,post cycle therapy is an essential part of any cycle. recovery or HTPA. getting your natural test production going again asap

    do some research on the two.. very important

    i've heard that anavar and tbol produces similar results but the latter is cheaper..

    will be good to hear comments from experienced users of both products..

    what are the best anti e and pct. Can you buy these over the counter or will I have to obtain them the same way I get the cycle. Also is stacking deca and test too much?

    Also what are the main differences in taking pro hormones and a cycle? do pro hormones even work?

    There are many research chemical companies out there. Like our sponser AR-R .com.

    They carry most of what you will need.

    And you shouldnt start a cycle.

    That diet is horrible, and NO WHERE NEAR 5k cals.

    Start there and begin a new diet ASAP.

    Meal 1:
    6 egg whites (including 1whole egg)
    1 cup oats
    Fish/flax oil (3 capsules)

    Meal 2:
    1 1/2 can of Albacore in water
    Green veggies (steamed)
    Sweet potato

    Meal 3:
    1 cup cooked brown rice with 8 oz chicken breast and broccoli mixed in

    Meal 4:
    Repeat meal 3, add flax/fish oil

    Work out 8 Followed by:
    Meal 5:
    PWO Shake

    Meal 6:
    Repeat meal 2 except remove sweet potato. Add some sunflower seeds or almonds and FF cottage cheese or casein shake before bed.


    Try to model your diet after something like this. This should be about where you need to be in order to grow naturally.

    knowledge is key in this game brutha.. dont rush in not knowing what these thing are,how they work,possible negative sides,how to combat them ect. need to know exactly what your doing.. take your time, do your research..
    i hate to see people rushing in..maybe its because i spent years in the gym, then i decided one day i was gonna go this route.. then the research began.. spent another few years,yes years reading and learing about this stuff while i fine tuned my training and diet. then i felt i was ready to go about this adventure the right way.
    think this is why i just cant spoon feed the info to someone i can tell isnt willing to do the research.. not pointing at you really just a little rant .. these may come about from time to time so please excuse me.. lol

    I am going to try the diet that is suggested on the link. I am still going to try the deca /test stack. I have been working out hard for almost 3 years consistant so I wont this to push me over that hump. A lot of people have been talking about anti e and pct. Is anti e taken during the cycle or only if there are symptoms like gyno. Where can I get anti e and pct.
