    My Third Cycle Help!

    Hello
    Here is my stats and past 2 cycles
    But:
    "MY ENGLISH VERY BAD PLEASE SHOW ME ON A CHART (attached word file) ONLY" or SIMPLE SENTENCES

    Lifting Experience:7 years
    Age:24
    Length:168 cm.(5.5 ft)
    Weight:83 kg (182 lbs)
    Body Fat: 21%

    Shoulders:53,5 cm (21")
    Chest:52 cm (20,4")
    Arms:37,5 cm (14,7")
    Waist:93 cm (36")
    Legs:58 cm (22,8")

    CYCLES:
    My 1st Cycle: Testosterone Enanthate 200mg/week + PCT:Clomid
    My 2nd Cycle: Test. propionat 200 mg/week + deca 400 mg/week + dianabol 25mg/day + PCT:Clomid

    My 3rd Cycle:I think this:???

    Week 1-12:Testosteron Cypionate ...200 mg/Week (every Wednesday)
    Week 2-13:Trenbolone Acetate.......150 mg/Week (every Monday)
    Week 3-14: Deca Durabolin ............ 200 mg/Week (every Friday)
    Week 1-14:Nolvadex .....................10mg/day (every day)

    PCT:??? How? When? How much?

    AND +:
    NOW Sylmarin...600mg/day
    ON opti-men.....3 tablets/day
    Zinc..............100 mg/day
    B Complex......2 tablets/day (Benexol)

    What language do you speak?
    Maybe i can help. I speak English, Portuguese, French, Spanish, and German. I have a little Italian as well but not much.

    I learned French and German with Rosetta stone. Between its similarities with Portuguese and Spanish, the program, and travling, they were fairly easy to learn.

    But I understand you boys. You say "This cycle NOT GOOD " ok.
    NOTE:
    This cycle from "Anabolics 2006 page 55"(some changed version )

    Agree. You need to make alot of change to that cycle and you will need caber or bromo to run on your cycle if you do tren or deca .
