    what bodyfat % before cycle?

I've done two cycles in the past, this post isn't really referring to me more me just being curious, what BF% is good to have before a cycle? I've heard everything from 12% down lol I just want some clarity.

    Thanks again guys

    Maximum of 12% IMO.

If youre higher than that, you lack the determination and drive to even be in shape before cycle. Hence, you have no business cycling.

Why is it so important concerning your bodyfat?

What does it have to do with your Next Cycle....?

because the higher the body fat the more one is likely to get estrogen related side (bloat-gyno) also hight b.p could be a problem.

gains will be less vissable with a higher body fat too.

On top of having a MUCH higher risk of estrogen related side effects.

For real, if you want to see premium results - 13% is max. Almost too much.
If you're at 12% and you run a perfect cycle (as you should always), you will see impeccable results!
