    Test & Deca not seeing Physical changes?????

    hey guys. i've been on test and deca for 7 weeks now. i jus did my 7 th pin yesterday. but i also upped my dosage after week 5

    so far:

    weeks 1-5
    cyp 400 + deca 300

    week 6 and 7 on...
    cyp 500 + deca 400

    well i have experienced really good strength gains so far. but nothing has changed physically. i stepped on the scale i dont think i've gained more than 6-8 lbs. plus im not blowing up like i was expecting.

    Originally i was gonna do a 12 week cycle with 10 weeks of deca at 300 and cyp at 400. But now im extending my cycle to 14 weeks as mentioned above.

    i saw my buddy do it and he went from a being a actomorph to having 17" arms. maybe he used dbol but he supposedly did it in 10-12 weeks using test+deca.

    stats:
    ht: 5.6
    wt 158
    bf 13%

    according to the litrature i should not need more than 300 mgs of deca. but i wanna get up to 170 or so by the end of this cycle with legit size and plus i know this stuff doesnt produce any physical changes for 4-6 weeks.

    Im upping my dose of deca to 400 and cyp to 500 for the rest of the cycle.

    so the strenght gains are good but no noticable changes in physique. my arms and calves still look same i feel.

    AM i being to impatient. im jus worried that my juice is legit. cuz i wake my ass up at 5 every morning. But I can say one thing for sure without this stuff i could not even touch the weight im messing around with. my legs are getting stronger and stronger.

    So as far as the physical changes. what should i expect and how fast now. i jus did my 7 th week shot yesterday.

    Am I reading too much into in and getting impatient. IS this SHIT workin the way its suppose to?

    Wow bro, you were a pretty small dude before beginning your cycle.

    How long have you been training for? No matter how much of a hard gainer you are, I find it hard to believe you hit a plateau after years of training and solid diet to be stuck under 160 lbs.

    How many calories are you eating?

    Outline your diet before we begin to dissect other pieces of your regiment.

    Post your estimated or actual calories, protein intake, food descriptions, and # of meals you eat each day and we can go from there.

    Your impatience also leads me to believe you are young...Are you under 21 years old? If you are hanging around with guys that impress you with 17" arms, the writing is on the wall that you are probably making a mistake...

    I could be wrong, but that's just an observation after helping countless other members over the years that come across like u do.

    Another thing: you are getting up at 5 am every day?

    Are you getting enough sleep? It is the number 1 ingredient -besides protein- when it comes to building muscle.

    I used to only sleep like 4 to 5 hours a night myself. If I did that now, I would kill someone or myself within 72 hours.

    With those doses and an insufficient amount of calories and rest, I could see how you'd only gained 8 pounds.

    And thats not true that there are no physical changes in 4-6 weeks. With test and deca I have put on 15 lbs in 15 days before. Of course, it was water, but nevertheless...

    Youre stuff could be underdosed. Keep eating, get more sleep, and see if the higher doses help to increase gains.

    You should be splitting injections.

    Given the halflife of each compound, it is feasible to inject 1 x per week.

    I've never done it that way, but it is 6 or one half dozen however you look at it.

    He has bigger problems than his injection frequency here.

    You need to take what you are eating now and double it. Cut your training down to 1hr max per day and youll be golden.

    excuse me man. Im 24 YO old. Young yes but not stupid. and 17" arms is big enuff for a guy my strature. im trying to look human not like a freak. And u make it seem like i dont know shit about training. Bro I was an allstar baseball player and i've been training eversince i was 15 i dint start getting really serious until i turned 20 but I use to Weigh only 125 lbs (very lean) when i was about 19 or 20 so 158 lbs from that has been a long hard road especially considering i was all natural. so p.s not to be a dick but when some one comes for help. dont **** with them i was jus looking for a sensible answer. AND i THink MY GEAR is UNDERDOSED.

    great i think my gear is underdosed. but im eating pretty well. because i know people who gained 20 lbs over 10 week deca + 12 week test and if im entering week 7 with not even half of that??? i have reason to believe the gear is UNDERDOESED not necessarily fake but underdosed.

    ya I think it is my friend I'm on a cycle that only deca 275 and Test E 500 mg a week and I'm in week 4 it it very noticable, were did u buy it on the interent or something?

    no it just there a lot of fake stuff out there, people trying to rip u off. if u found it with google, then there a very high chance it underdose or fake product that web site sent you.

    well the strenght is definately there but the physical changes "not" so i dont think its fake but definately underdosed if anything. maybe thats y im only seeing one side of the product. well thats fukd.....cuz i spent the last 7 weeks chasing nothing...time to get some real shit.

    Just keep eating and working it. Like dude said sleep is a big part as well. You and your muscles need rest. If your on test enan and deca i have always taken my shots every 4 days. Because deca starts a big drop about day 5. USUALLY people start seeing a change around week 4. and some water retention before that. If you say your strength is getting better but your not looking bigger, i say just wait it out. But thats only my opinion.

    jiggaman might be onto something as well as other with diet.

    Don't over train (which can mean not enough rest days or to much training per workout)

    I workout 3 days a week: MON WED FRI

    I workout for 45 min in the AM and 45 min in the PM, i have 4 rest days. I sleep for almost 9 hours a night.

    Lookinto DC training if you have no idea how to cut down your workout time, its philosophy is "less can be more".

    Post your diet.
