i actually noticed this during my very first cycle of sustanon . It was sorta like my muscle would just sorta twitch for a little bit then be fine. Also one thing i notice is idk if its from high blood pressure or what but in my left ear its like i can hear my blood pumping throuh my body its really weird and annoying but i just sorta hear like a thumping sound in that ear and its only when im on cycle and in my left ear but the reason i think its blood or my heartbeat going is because i felt the pulse on my arm and checked by touching my chest too and they would go at the same time as whats in my ear

Blood rushing sound in ear
fattymcbutterpants,
The sound your hearing is most likely related to higher blood pressure.
When I was an alcoholic, my blood pressure was through the roof and I heard
similar blood rushing sounds in my ears. When I was finally able to recover from alcoholism, my BP went down and the blood rushing sound subsided.
Since steroids tend to raise blood pressure It is most likely the contributing factor to the noise you are hearing.
As to the OP's spasm issue. It could be just about anything. Sodium/nutritonal imbalance, your bodies specific reaction to steroids or a nervous system conditon. Are these spasms painful or just annoying?

thanks anon, and yea thats what i figured it was. it only happens at certain times tho like ill be laying there then all of sudden ill start hearing it but its all good. And when i had the muscle spasms they were more annoying than anything not painful at all it just feels weird having your muscle twitch repeatedly

Could be bicep tendenitis. Any pain in the shoulder/elbow area? Repetitive exercises can cause it to become inflamed and a sympton is muscle twitching/spasms...try an anti-inflammatory. (I don't mean to hijack...but dont see the need to start a new post) I'm experiencing the same thing with the whooshing noise in my ears. It's been happening on and off for the last couple of weeks...but my BP is normal?? WTF? It's like I'm holding a conch shell up to my ear? Oh well...just thought I'd add that!

bicepc tendenitis ? I thought tendenitis is a tendon problem near the joints. and it is painful ( he said his problem isn't).

I didn't read anywhere that he said it wasn't causing him pain...that's why I asked...he described it as "annoying". I have no clue why his bicep is twitching, I just know that when I tore my labrum, I also had "bicep tendonitis" and experienced some involuntary twitching.
Biceps tendonitis, also called bicipital tendonitis, is inflammation in the main tendon that attaches the top of the biceps muscle to the shoulder. The most common cause is overuse from certain types of work or sports activities. Biceps tendonitis may develop gradually from the effects of wear and tear, or it can happen suddenly from a direct injury. The tendon may also become inflamed in response to other problems in the shoulder, such as rotator cuff tears, impingement, or instability
Continuous or repetitive shoulder actions can cause overuse of the biceps tendon. Damaged cells within the tendon don't have time to recuperate. The cells are unable to repair themselves, leading to tendonitis. This is common in sport or work activities that require frequent and repeated use of the arm, especially when the arm motions are performed overhead. Athletes who throw, swim, or swing a racquet or club are at greatest risk. Symptoms of this may include involuntay twitching, muscle spasm and accute pain
Whenever possible, doctors treat biceps tendonitis without surgery. Treatment usually begins by resting the sore shoulder. The sport or activity that led to the problem is avoided. Resting the shoulder relieves pain and calms inflammation.
Anti-inflammatory medicine may be prescribed to ease pain and to help patients return to normal activity. These medications include common over-the-counter drugs such as ibuprofen.

^^^^^^^^^^^ THIS is from the Original Post (no mention of pain)
What you quoted was from Fatty Mcbutterpants (love that name!) in his response to the OP...Fatty is the one who mentions he has no pain
The OP mentions nothing of pain...not trying to get into a pissing contest , but's that why I asked if the OP had any pain....which made me wonder about the bicep tendenitis (which causes some pain)
I'm glad you learned something though...but hopefully you'll just learn from reading it, not from experiencing it...LOL!!!
And Fatty...that's to weird that your's is in your left ear too..WTF I wonder???
I've never had it in my right ear either?!?!

Same for me as well... The spasms seem to be more frequent for me on cycle as I've been having 3-5 everyday lately in different places... So far today I've had them in my left delt, both sides of my abs at different times, and at the base of my neck (trap tie in) on the left side... Nothing painful just strange...
