most likely your hair will thin and fall out. Primo and winny are the worst for that. so yes you will need the nizoral. how much of them are you using??
if primo is over 400mg per week, or winny is over 350mg per week then yes you should use clomid to be safe, but i would use it regardless, better to be safe then sorry.
and if primo is not at least 400 and winny is not at least 350, ,then you wont see very many gains
