    Desired Free-T3 levels and average temp ?

    What are the desired blood levels of T3 during a long term T3 cycle ? (number and measure unit) Same goes for body-temp.. what is optimal for recovery,protein synthesis and performance while keeping catabolism\Hyperthryidism to a minimum ?

    *long term- months and years.
