    Done the basics, now im ready for my first cycle, help needed

    Alright lads

    I havent used the forum for a long while iv been doing weights for around 1yr or so solid now and im pretty pleased with my frame, so iv decided that im now ready to take the next step and go on the next level.


    Iv got some questions because it was a while back when i had my cycle ready, i decided that i wanted to trim down to my desired weight and get enough mass and strength to ensure that the anabolics are going to give me my desired results

    Anyway im going to go on a 12 week cycle

    D-BOL (Methandrostolone) first 4 weeks at 5 tabs per day?
    Testosterone for the full 12 weeks at 350ml every 3.5 days?

    Whats the best testosterone to go for theres test e, test c and test p??

    Week 14-18(or during depending on dyno and bloat)

    pct:start 2wks after last shot
    1-4wk 20mg nolva ed
    1-4wk 50mg clomid ed
    1-4wk 25mg aromison ed

    Do i take all these PCTs together?

    Sorry about the newbie questions im sure you`v heard them all before, but everyonesgot to start from omewhere guys, im a good learner, so once iv got everything in place im ready to get started and ill show you guys my results

    You gus obviously know your stuff and i dont waste my money or the gains iv already made naturally

    Your advice and help will be well appreciated and wont fall on deaf ears

    Test E or Test C will meet your desired injection schedule. Why 700mg/week? that is a fairly high dose for a first cycle. Also dbol 5 tabs at what strength per tab? Clomid only is a weak pct.

    Hopefully your Dbol tabs are 10mg for a total of 50mg per day. I think that 25mg a day would be on the light side for a dose.

    Test E or C like redz said is your best bet.

    Tomarrow morning ill weigh and measure myself
    Im 6.2 I weigh about 14 stone and my bf is average, i have no loosefat and decent muscle mass,
    ok i see wht you mean about 700ml a week on test e what about 500ml(2x250ml every 3.5 days?
    also what pcts would you guys recommend, if clomid is weak, i dont want to lose any gains and ill defo go with what you experienced guys recommend

    4)How long of a break should i take in between cycles? and if im happy with the results after the first cycle would it be o.k/still keep my gains if i dont go on another cycle and just carry on naturally?

    cheers mate, thats well helpfull

    1)Would you recommend taking 20mg of nolva ed
    and 50mg of clomid ed for 4 weeks then?

    2) if i didnt do another cycle and naturally worked out would i still keep the gains from my cycle?

    yes 20md ed nolva 4 weeks

    100mg clomid 2 weeks 50mgs 2 weeks

    with good diet/training program/supp and good mental outlook you can keep alot

    if done right diet/training time on and your on doseages ect ect it will be great your first time is the best time!

    cool, thanks for your help bruv,

    ill make sure i get some pics up so you guys can give me some pointers,

    im going on 6-8 meals per day

    eggs, chicken, protein shakes, beef(steak) tuna etc

    carbs in the morning, no carbs after workout, just a sugar/energy drink after,

    arms/chest
    shoulders/back
    legs/abs

    weekends off or one day on one day off im not quite sure yet

    do you reckon that combo of training will work well?

    im not sure whether to go one day on one day off or
    5 days on and the weekend off?

    I know my muscles need time to rest and i dont want burn out but i want to make the most of my cycle dude

    Not trying to get on your case but if are not sure on how to set up a basic workout routine you might not be ready to introduce a boatload of hormones into your body.

    yeah i know what you mean,

    i usually do 3 days per week but because im going to start my cycle i want to make sure i use my gear to the max as you can understand i want to get all the info i can.

    1)Would you suggest cutting and then bulking? or
    2)Bulking and then cutting?

    Bulk first i´d say . . . u need a block of ice before you can chisel an ice statue, thats the way i´ve always looked at it anyway.

    also, i personally would add in an ai like aromasin /arimadex on cycle just to keep gyno at bay, better to be on the safe side imo.

    cheers dude thanks for the advice on the arimadex and encouragement,

    id say that defo makes sense about bulking/cutting

    how much would i take of arimadex?

    could i cut naturally after my cycle?

    0.25mg ed is whats recommended.

    yes you can cut naturally with modifications to your diet and plenty of cardio . . .

    im prob only going to use arimadex if i develop gyno or any other probs, how long would i use arimadex for?

    0.25mg ed for how long? and id obviously only use it during the cycle if i got any probs?
    otherwise id just stick with nolva and clomid as my post cycle therapy orals wouldnt i, on week 14-18?

    I would use the arimidex every day on cycle as a precaution, better to keep gyno at bay than having to treat it if it flares up imo. nolva/clomid pct weeks 15-18 is fine.

    I would lower that test dosage, you been off for a while now and you say your body is primed 500 with the d-bol would be plenty.

    im going to use nolva and clomid for 4 weeks

    iv got my diet sorted dude i just wasnt sure if i could bulk on cycle and then cut naturally and effectively without ruining the gains ill get from my cycle

    Just make sure you wait a decent amount of time before cutting, I feel I lost muscle doing to soon, let water retetion leave completely and get hormones and training back to none cycle modes

    yeah thanks for the advice mate, thats exactley what i was going to ask bud

    Thats why although im going to do boxing, rowing(machine and bike cardio, im not going to overdue it while im in my bulking cycle, then im going to just carry on with the routine untill iv finished my pct then gradually work into more cardio and cutting work.

    Can i carry on as normal once my cycle has ended or should i rest untill after my pct??

    A older member I cant remember his name , but he said to me to take it 50%during pct the gradually work up by 20% a week until back to 100% after pct. Wait until you feel naturally peaked again until cutting, keeping protein and amino's high to keep away from muscle loss.
