    New Guy.........1st post.... long time reader

    Ive been doing alot of reading here and other places as well as talking to people in the gym for about 2 years......So im trying to educate myself so i can do this the right way(s) and maintain a overall health so let me start here

    age.......................25
    height....................6'1
    weight...................165
    bf%......................very low a # will be coming soon
    diet summary/# meals per day.............shitty but trying to just eat and gain weight
    years lifting / workout split...........2 years
    cycle experience............just stuff ive read
    pct/estrogen control knowledge.................just stuff ive read
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...).............would love to be 205lbs........ bench is currently 165 so some huge gains here as well as upper body and legs would be very nice as well

    So please help me with my first cycle i want to hit it hard hit the diet hard as well as the gym while my receptors are virgin here is what some guy from the gym told me to do to do a "big hard 1st stack"

    a-50.......6weeks@75mg
    deca .......12weeks@600mg
    test e .....14weeks@600mg
    clomid and dex for PCT

    PLEASE THROW ME SOME INFO...................THX

    stick with a test only cycle for your first time...no need to get ahead of yourself just yet.. 500mg weekly test-e or test-c...12 weeks with pct

    Dont touch the gear, at 140lbs you need alot of diet work. Steroids wont make you grow if your diet sucks. You need to try and gain more naturally before jumping on steroids, they are not magic.

    Sorry correction...... My weight is 165-170lbs fluxuates alot..... not that its that much of a diffrence.... i need big weight gains i eat whatever i can get my hands on to gain weight but my metab is crazy fast says the doc and next week im getting my blood work done to see test levels i understand getting big is about 80% diet & workout

    We'd be happy to help with your diet. I'm not going to say DON"T cycle, but you should at least make sure you have a good and CONSISTENT diet before you start or you will be wasting your money on your gear.

    Head to the diet section and write a summary of your meals and what time you eat them, also your stats and goals.

    hes gona do it anyway so lets help him heres what id do

    dbol 1-4 30mg ed
    test 1-10 500mg week
    arimadex .25 ed throughout cycle
    pct nolva 20mg ed 13-17
    clomid 100mg ed 13-14
    clomid 50mg ed 15-17

    a drol always gave me a wicked headache dbol didnt and its not as harsh
    deca is gona shut u down hard and for a first time cycle might be to much to handle.

    95% agreed...

    The only thing i would change up is lower the Clomid to 50mgs ED wks 13-14 and 25mgs ED wks 15-17.

    Other than that, thats a great cycle and PCT.

    If this kid is 100% gonna do this reguardless of what hes told, hes better off doing this.

    Thanks for all the posts i am trying to learn as much as i can BEFORE doing anything.......my first priority it to get my diet dialed in

    How much weight would this cycle produce (approx) ?
    What type of Test do i want ? ("E" "C" )
    Can i run Dbol longer ? 8 - 12 weeks ?
    Is this one of the best "bulking cycles" ?

    Iam gonna do this when i have everything ready and my bodys ready i still a ways off but im am wanting to get prepared since the prep could take a couple months

    READ DUDE! The answers to your questions are very easily found if you would just read.

    NO, you should NOT do Dbol for more than 4wks.

    Test is test. E and C have simular esters, it wont really matter.

    And one of the best bulkers?? .....

    Seriously, again i have to point out that you SHOULD NOT be cycling, but since youre not gonna listen anyway, you should at least read up on the things you will be taking.

    Before you start shooting stuff, and shoveling pills into your mouth.

    With the right diet you could gain up to 25 lbs, with the wrong diet you could gain nothing, big difference

    i lol'd @ that. I would hold off on the gear until you can design a diet that will allow you to gain weight. without that you are wasting your time in a dangerous manner.

    -Ive read people using dbol longer thats why i asked........
    -I read that the Test E and C were simlair thats why i asked which one and
    why..........
    And yes i am going to cycle not for awhile because i need to dial in my diet and i would like to learn and prepare so i can get the best results and remain healthly during and after......thats why im here as many others

    I think you should stick to just Test for the first cycle, so that you can get use to it and see how your body reacts to it....I did 500mg per week for 15 weeks for my first cycle and it worked great, you dont really need the Deca yet.

    Ive never used Dbol , but I have used Anadrol on my first cycle, 6 weeks for a kick start at 100mg per day, worked great.

    Watch out for bloat, I was bloated alot of the time, I ate alot so in the evenings I felt like I couldnt move lol.
