diet summary/# meals per day.............shitty but trying to just eat and gain weight
years lifting / workout split...........2 years
cycle experience............just stuff ive read
pct/estrogen control knowledge.................just stuff ive read
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...).............would love to be 205lbs........ bench is currently 165 so some huge gains here as well as upper body and legs would be very nice as well
So please help me with my first cycle i want to hit it hard hit the diet hard as well as the gym while my receptors are virgin here is what some guy from the gym told me to do to do a "big hard 1st stack"
