It's not just a matter of higher levels, but of more consistent levels. Shooting test produces a "peak and valley" effect - your levels will peak between 24 and 48 hours after an injection, then begin to ebb over the next 10-or-so days.Quote:

Therefore, by splitting up the dose into two injections (or even more, if you're shooting 500 mg. per week), you will spread the peaks out so that you have less highs and lows. However, even the American College of Endocrinology, in its clinical guidelines, recommends weekly dosing to avoid the peaks and valleys. With a 500 mg. weekly dose, twice-a-week injections are consistent with clinical recommendations and will help avoid lethargia (loss of energy, feeling tired, etc.) as a dose is wearing down.
By the way - and this is strictly anecdotal on my part - my impression is that because enanthate tends to decrease body fat in favor of increasing lean muscle mass, this action should also be more consistent with more frequent injections.
