    Newbie looking for a little bit of advice

    Hi All,

    I'm looking at potentially taking oral steroids to increase muscle mass. Have been through the protein/creatine cycle a few times, but now looking at something stronger to see hopefully better effects. Not to sound too fussy, i'm not looking to become a massive power lifter but just want to add some solid bulk.

    I've done some reading on the site and impressed with the wealth of information. As my gym is not they gym of heavy weight lifters there’s no one to approach for advice. – so thanks

    The advice in particular is that i'm looking to buy the Deca 200 capsules from buysteriod.com - sorry in advance if i'm not allowed to write this. To do a short cycle, lets say 1 - 2 month (or how ever long 90 capsules would last) would this be too short and would there be serious side effects on doing such a small cycle??

    If its strongly recommended to do a larger cycle lets say 180 capsules 2 – 4 months, then this would be the course I would take.

    Your advice would be much appreciate

    Secondly, those "steroids" from buysteroids.com are nothing more than supplements.

    They arent actual AAS my friend. Lucky for you, you didnt waste your money yet.

    You need to do a LOT more research before even thinking of starting a cycle.

    Knoweldge is power my friend.

    But for now why dont you give the the stats i asked for and well start from there.

    diet summary/# meals per day
    Breakfast - weetabix
    brunch - snack crisps/peanuts
    lunch two rounds of sandwiches
    fruit
    dinner
    snack

    years lifting / workout split 3 years working out, go though cycles of adding bulk in the winter, cutting in the summer.
    current work out plan
    Chest
    Excersize
    Arms
    Legs
    Back / shoulders

    2 day break



    cycle experience - None
    pct/estrogen control knowledge - Sorry don't know
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...) increase muscle mass

    You need to hit the diet forum and pct forum...as well as read lots on this board and listen to the wise. You have lots to learn before diving into the deep side. This is not a flame. We here like to educate everyone, no matter if they are a newbie or old timer. Knowledge is power. Slow down and get things right and it could save you lots of pain and long term effects you don't know about yet.

    Thank you for the advice, just read the diet and pct forum. oh forgot to add to the first post that i'm only intrested in oral tablets, needles scare the cr4p out of me ;-)

    Like i said just want to to add solid buik, perhaps ad half a stone of muscle and make my arms/leggs look bigger.

    dun reckon u need gears at this stage mate. u should allow your body to build those solid bulk naturally until u stop getting the results. gears aint exactly a 'quick fix' to building solid muscles. they're meant to be used as an aid to help u train harder by speeding up your recoveries.

    imo i reckon u should look at ur training program and maybe throw in some cardio work to get rid those excess body fat. u might wanna consider beta-alanine to help with strength. bigger legs? squats n hammy curls mate.

    You're in the right place for learning bro, so take advantage of it before using aas... Get your diet in check, learn about pct, then if it still has appeal to you, post up what you're thinking of running and get advice from the vets...

    Also, since nobody else has said it, "ORAL ONLY CYCLES SUCK!!!!"

    To truly take advantage of aas, you're going to have to man up and INJECT!
