    Red face Need Advice on Cycle

    Age: 27

    Weight: 195

    Height: 5' 10''

    BF: 20%

    Training Exp.: worked out for over 5 years, stopped for two years and have been back for 6 months.

    I am not gyno prone to my knowledge.

    I want to start a cycle and have access to 20 cc of winny 100, 10 cc of Deca 300, 10 cc of test 400, and 5 cc of test enanthate 250 (started 4 years ago and didnt finish, which is why i have half a bottle)

    My goal is to lose body fat and gain muscle, I know I need to do one or the other so most important to me now is to lose body fat.

    What would you reccomend for what is on hand, I dont need to use all of it, just want to get the most out of it. If I need to get something else I will.

    i suggest proper diet and cardio to drop the BF

    My recomendation is hold those AS for now and lower your body fat first naturally, 20% is high bro. Diet & cardio.

    I agree, and its almost like you have a variety pack of gear what are you exact goals with this cycle gain mass get lean? like you have stuff for either but not really enough of anything to do either in my opinion

    I had a feeling I didnt have enough for either. Well I will first lose some of this fat then use the winny with the test.

    I agree, diet is key. The juice plays a much smaller role in gains. IMO you need to go into the cycle at 12%bf or less. You will prob. have a lot less sides this way.

    10 weeker....
    winny 50mg./day/drink/5weeks
    deca 300mg./10 weeks
    test/blend together/525mgs./week/10 weeks
    diet, diet, diet, its up too you on your results,,,,,,,p.s.,diet

    thanks, I am going to get body fat down and hit it. What do I have enough test and deca for positive results?

    I'd hold off on the aas... Get the BF% down and train for another 6 months at least... You've got to get your tendons strong enough to support the sudden strength increase that will occur with aas... Get a solid diet going before you start as well... Oh and one more thing, PCT?????
