i was just wondering if going to bed late effects gains or your workouts ? .does it matter as long as you get 8 hours of sleep and your calorie intake is high .

Anything less than 7 is sub-optimal. The part of your sleep that matters is the deep REM sleep, which produces pulses of GH.
I always go for 8 hours on cycle...You'll notice the difference if you've not been getting enough rest.
The less sleep you get, the less REM cycles you have and it significantly impacts your energy, demeanor, mental acuity, and overall stamina.
nah but i meant if i went to bed late but still got my 8 hours of sleep. ?
then your good, as long as your are getting the 8 hours of sleep out of every 24 you should be fine
k thanks alot .
not hijacking but does it hurt to wake up at 1230 (if i go to sleep at 10) for a protein shake?
actually its a good idea to do that, i know some pros they have to wake up twice just to take a leak because of the amount of water they take all day long. but u can also take pm protein wich is a slow release that will last 8hr in ur system.Charger527
