First Cycle Questions
I know you all get these all of the time but I want a plan made specially for me.
Age: 20
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 195lbs
BF%: 12
Diet: 6 meals a day, 3000 calories
Lifting Experience: 5 years
Cycle Experience: None
Goals: Get to 200-205 and then slim up and get cut. I am happy with my current size and am more worried with getting cut than gaining mass though.
My question is, what do I need to do. I work at a small gym so I workout multiple times a day and get a good workout. I have just not been able to really get the cuts I am wanting. College has put some fat on me that I would like to get off. I would rather not do shots but am not totally opposed to the idea. I would only like to do one cycle and not have it take too long.
If you have any suggestions for me please let me know.

getting cut is gonna come down to diet and training.. low BF

in terms of cycle i am not too experienced in telling u a cut up cycle...but as for diet i would eat s small meals as ur doing through out the day and have some sort of protein in them...that speeds up ur metebolism naturally and quickly...when u start noticing that u are more hungry then its working, as for triming down of course a lot mroe reps and less weight, with cardio worked in 3-4 times a week....atleast 25 minutes a clip...i believe that that should be sufficiant to get u goin, and then u should look into a cut up cycele
