I know you all get these all of the time but I want a plan made specially for me.
Age: 20
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 195lbs
BF%: 12
Diet: 6 meals a day, 3000 calories
Lifting Experience: 5 years
Cycle Experience: None
Goals: Get to 200-205 and then slim up and get cut. I am happy with my current size and am more worried with getting cut than gaining mass though.
My question is, what do I need to do. I work at a small gym so I workout multiple times a day and get a good workout. I have just not been able to really get the cuts I am wanting. College has put some fat on me that I would like to get off. I would rather not do shots but am not totally opposed to the idea. I would only like to do one cycle and not have it take too long.
If you have any suggestions for me please let me know.
