Test E only cycle, Adex or nolva during cycle??

Im running a Test E only cycle, 300mg x2 EW, total of 600mg per week, 12 wk cycle. Im just starting week 3, and my nips are getting a little sensitive and a little puffy.

This happened last cycle as well with Test E @ 500 per week, and Deca @ 300 per week. I didnt take anything last time, but was paranoid as shit about gyno the whole time.

Question is do I start taking Nolva throughout the rest of the cycle so the estrogen doesnt bind? Or do I take Adex to lower the estrogen levels?

Ive read so much on this Im confusing myself at this point.

Also, what dosages for either with what im using it for?

I would hit the nolva immediately, this will remove any estrogen floating around, 40mg per day until your symptoms are gone. I always recommend running either adex or aromasin throughout the cycle, for adex the dose would be .25mg per day.

What I've done is used adex when shit like that happens..usually goes away immediately....I only use it while "on" at signs of gyno...and I use it in PCT as well.

you might be getting a little paranoid. Sqeeze around the nipple and see if there is a lump underneath. If there is no lump then dont start an anti yet as it can affect your gains. If there is a lump then its probably early gyno. If thats the case take 20mg of nolva ed. if it doesn't get better than up it to 40mg ed. Dont bother with the adex. A low dose test cycle should not require it unless you want to minimize bloat then take it at .25 ed. either way dont worry too much even a bad case of gyno can normally be reversed up to a year after symptoms start with letro and nolva.

nolvadex will not remove any estrogen "floading around".. the estrogen is still present, just keeps it from binding to the receptor in the breast.

but i agree with the rest of your post.. i think its a good idea to run an AI on cycle and if gyno symotoms do pop up , if your running an AI from the beginning of not, nolvadex is the drug of choice.

hmm, and i thought adex was what you kept on hand for gyno on 'light' cycles such as this.

imo starting an AI only when symptoms arise isnt the best choice.. sure it will help with the conversion of test to estrogen but at that point you need to keep the estrogen already present from binding to the receptors in the breast. which nolvadex will do.
an AI doesnt have to be ran during a cycle but imo its a wise move. an ounce pf prevention ya know..

if you start feeling gyno dont stuff around just get some nolva or letro into ya... adex takes atleast a week to have ne effect on gyno because there is obviously already too much estrogen floating around and it only prevents more from being made

hit the nolva mate and if you still got porbs with it on pct start up the letro, i read that letro takes a while to kick in so nolva is your best bet. as mulciber said
