firt time user
I just got a 10 week cycle of sustanon . I weigh 160 and am 25. it's been a few years since i've been in the gym. im eating alot of protein and working out 5x a week. what kind of results shoul di be able to expect. please reply. thanks

It differs for everyone. how many MG a week are you running? If its 250 i would say about 20Lbs and keep 15 or so. Thats average, could be less, could be more.

Work out for a few months and get a good base before you juice...

If its been a few years since u have been in the gym mate then i wouldn't be getting into a cycle yet.... You can easily pack on some mass that you would of lost in your off time by just staying natural, training hard and eating right... Then look back into doing a cycle when your back to the sorta shape you were in before u quit..

whoops, I overlooked that part about the gym thing, i thought it said i've been in the gym for a few years. Yeah, first you need to get back in shape at least to the point you were before instead of cycling
