My nipples feel a little tingly

Hi Guy's. I am 3 weeks into my cycle which looks like this -

Test Enan 1-14 500mgs wk (250mgs 2x/wk)
EQ 1-13 600mgs wk (300mgs 2x/wk)
Tren A 4-12 525mgs wk (75 mgs ED)

I have over the last two day's starterd to feel my nipples kind of tingly and tight but I can not feel any lump around these area's.
I have not been running any serm or ai as I have read is that they should only be took if symptom's of gyno arise. I have nolva and letro on hand. From what I have read,nolva is a no with tren which leaves letro. Should I start letro just now or wait to see if the tingling goes away ? Not sure if the L -dex would have been a better option but I ran out on my last cycle and would not be able to get any in time.

i run a low dose of armidex every cycle and love it. it keeps the water down and i have never had the slightest sign of gyno. try letro

What sort of dose are we talking ? .25mg ?

I bought my letro from lion. Does three pumps equal roughly .25mg and is this a good starting dose daily or eod ?

I think you should run an AI begining and through out the entire cycle,,not when you start having problems that you can avoid in the 1st place.
