Var doesn't particularly deplete any or our vitamin or mineral supplies. Of course its good to increase antioxidants like "C" and "E" when on any aas, or just in general for that matter. Though extremely mild (relatively speaking) some people do experience a series of tiny red toxicity bumps typically on the forearms when on Var. These can be alleviated in within 48hrs by the administration of Milk Thistle. Other than that, Var is a go!
