realistically, how long can you run clen for before facing serious or permenant health issues?
what I want to do is bulk as much as possible until mid feb. I expect to b around 210-215 with no more than 12-14% bf. at that point I will be running clen one week on one week off along with a clean, low cal diet and cardio 4-6 days a week. I will b using bene on my off weeks. my goal is 200-205 at 7% by summer.
