    how long can you run clen for?

    realistically, how long can you run clen for before facing serious or permenant health issues?

    what I want to do is bulk as much as possible until mid feb. I expect to b around 210-215 with no more than 12-14% bf. at that point I will be running clen one week on one week off along with a clean, low cal diet and cardio 4-6 days a week. I will b using bene on my off weeks. my goal is 200-205 at 7% by summer.

    i believe almost indefinitely, i just put in a formula in excel accounting for a 36 hour half life and here is what a one month cycle could look like in terms of the amount of mcg still present, btw, i started at 120mcg/day and used that every other week

    btw, i would look into ketotifen fumarate if you were going to be running this for a prolonged period

    I would appreciate a little clarification on the numbers. I understand the concept of half-life; however, in relation to clen , I'm not sure I understand the significance of the above numbers.

    checking your bp is more important then this. as it has been stated already that the damage to the LV is in relation to your BP checking your bp can give you what should be your highets mcg dose.

    bro it dosent have to be all that complicated in my opinion.im not shure what phates #'s mean but if your gonna do it one week on one week off then you should be fine running it as long as you like.if your gonna use benedryl on the off weeks then you might as weel run it longer than one week at a time. most do 2 on 2 off without the beny.i ran it for 16 weeks straight using benedryl every 3rd week(while still taking clen )and had very good results.im still here with know problems post clen.i felt by running it for a longer time that it had very good anti-catabolic effects.i feel i even gained muscle durring that time but i have no mesurment to back up this claim as my goals were to cut up.i didnt experience any high BP from it and constantly checked this throught my cycle for peace of mind.(just thought id throw that out there in case you where curious)good luck

    The reason I'm running it one on/one off is because I believe my body gets used to substances rather quickly. I did clen one time for two weeks straight, working my way up from 60mcg to 120mcg. By the second week I wasn't really feeling the same effects as the first week. It's the same with everything else also, like N.O. Explode, or Creatine, or any supp I take, my body just builds a tolerance quickly. Therefore, I figured the best way around it is to do one on/on off and keep shocking the system to make it work.

    a good way to tell if its still effective is to find your base body temp before you start takeing it then take your temp everyday at the same time after you ingest your dose(wait at least an hour or so after you take it). if your temp spikes .5 -1 degrees than it is still working regardless of wether you feel any sides or not.i dont gett much of the shakes after a while myself but i know it is still working cus i monitor it.

    sorry, i'll clarify what the numbers mean in a second, but they are right, blood pressure is a good estimate of when you should stop

    the above numbers are the amount of clen left in your system starting at day 1 and a dose of 120mcg, for example

    120 this is the day 1 dose
    200 this is the amount in your system after the day 2 dose

    at what point should I worry about blood pressure? what is too high?

    benadril/ketofin will help it work longer/better research it
