Alright i know that it is a dumb question, but ever since i started my new cycle my face is getting really puffy compared to how it was and i am starting to get a double chin. What do i do to get rid of it and how do i do it. SOrry for the question but i don't want to get a fat face. Thanks
It's water retension. Not much you can do withiut taking arimidex/l-dex

yeah i know that it goes away after your cycle but i have some pics that i have to take. I think i might take NWB by EAS. The stuff actually works it makes you piss every 10 minutes. I figure that is safer then taking lasix or another diuretic.
Liquidex and armidex arent diuretics.... they stop the conversion of estrogen which inturn keeps you from retainging so much water... pretty sure on that one
get some preparation-h. you might also want a topical fat burner.

Hey bros Is there good exercises to make the face look muscular, You know the face with the cheeks that suck in and the cromagnum forehead. i know this may be a dumb quest. but was curious about it. thanx
GH might help. as for building the massetter, chewing gum alot would result in an increase, if you did this while on roids. you need to be cut to see it all though. to cut the water you need prep-hQuote:

I'm not sure, but I think the prep-h is only temporary, just for a few hours. Correct me if I'm wrong.
yea, your right bro, prep h only works for a few hours and then the water retention will come back.....but if you only need it to take pics, it will work
just make sure you eat alote of p%$#$# . it works miracles lol
but seriously how bad is it .if it's really bad take anti e's and if its not that bad then dont worry about it

30 minutes of intensive muff diving eod. Jaw will get in shape quick :)
