wondering if nolva by itself could control estrogen levels an kick start my testosterone levels up, also use nolvadex if gyno appears

nolva alone is not good enough for pct and 100mgs is way too much, even for 1 day. same with 60.

add an AI such as aromasin to your pct. 15-20mgs ed for 4 weeks.

for pct how bout drop those doses down a tad and run it longer..
i myself would use both clomid and nolvadex.

Why is week 1 of cycle not 1000mg of test e? Assume you are front loading?

yea me an my mate are doing this together an we are getting 50ml for a set price, so if you do the math 2ml a week for 12 weeks = 24ml, we split that last 1ml between us an front load

it would still be considered a frontload even if its not double. but you're young, light, and probably have a bad diet. you should definitely look into that. its too late to tell you to grow more naturally, 6' 175 is a little small

well thats my suggestion. ay 6' i think you could be 190 EASY. i'm 5'9, 18 years old, 8%bf, 183lbs (~83kg) and never took more than creatine/protein

i look at my 2 brothers who are both older than me an my parents an i just dont have the genetic makeup to get big, im already bigger than evryone in my family, they are all weeds, its as though we were put on this earth to be marathin runers or something haha

well you can say that but they probably never pushed their limits or worked out really. sure it might be harder, but it can be done i think. especially if you get your diet in order some, you should be able to gain weight naturally
