    Exclamation Best way to split Deca?!

    currently I'm on the first week of deca 600mg and 750mg of test e.

    I'm shooting the test e twice aweek, every 3.5 days and splitting the deca into 3 shots aweek 200mg each. I know the half life of deca and understand its recommend to shoot the deca twice same as the test e but I've seen some guys shooting 100mg of deca everyday and was wondering how effective to shoot the deca more frequent?

    p.s, I dont mind shooting ED as I'm already doing 75mg of test p aday as a kick starter. I really need the best way to split my gear and have a stable bp.

    I reallly don't see any benefit of shooting deca ED, 2x a week works well, at least thats how I've done it....up to you.
