Personally i'm not too concerned about the systolic reading, it's the diastolic that look at.
Right now i'm on 1g test 500mg deca
It used too run much higher, but now it's pretty stable at around 140/80, i put this down to taking 325mg aspirin ED.

I take Diovan 160 mg everyday to keep my hypertension under contolr, and it usually does a very good job. Had to go to the DR the other day and it was 150/80. I'm sure the gear had something to do with it, but I was feeeling exceptionally crappy that day (hence the doc visit) so that surely did not help.

Hmm I thought 120/80 was normal. But yeah without the Diovan I probably would not have made it to 50 doc said., it stayed extremely high...nitro

Yea but your diastolic is normal, thats the one to look at.
According to the lit with my omron 120/80 is ideal, but a diastolic under 89 is still in the normal range albeit the high normal.

It's been 2 days since Tren A and Prop and although my systolic is around 130 my diastolic
rose from mid 70 to mid 80.

How do i get this down?

    I take Hawthorn and Abana.

As iv'e said before, if you take steroids buy a bp monitor, they are dead cheap and could save your life.
I'll post this from my omron lit.

    Hypotension, <100 <60.
    Ideal, <120 <80
    normal, 120-129/80-84.
    High normal, 130-139/85-89.
    Hypertension, mild, 140-159/90-99.
    Hypertension, moderate, 160-179/100-109.
    Hypertension, severe, 180-219/110-119.
Higher than this it's call 911 asap.

    Thats why i posted #20.
I know that systolic blood pressure represents the pressure in the arterial system caused by the heart as blood is being pumped out and diastolic pressure represents the portion of time when the heart muscle is resting and filling with blood.
Iv'e never had isolated systolic HTN, so personally i'm more concerned with my diastolic, maybe i should have made my point a bit clearer.

Iv'e come to the conclusion you are a lying wind up merchant, and an arrogant *******.
    You are WRONG.
American Heart Association recommended blood pressure levels

    Blood Pressure Category Systolic
    (mm Hg) Diastolic
    (mm Hg)
Normal less than 120 and less than 80
    Prehypertension 120–139 or 80–89

    High
    Stage 1 140–159 or 90–99
Stage 2 160 or higher or 100 or higher
