    most clen you have ever taken?

    So I am doing clen for the first time and I am taking it till my sides are unbearable and then decrease it by 20 and find out my tolerance.

    so far its been

    20/40/60/80/100/110/120/140/160

    So I am on day nine and my sides today at 160 are a litty shacky hands not bad at all, no cramps at all, sleeping atleast 6-7 hours a night.

    Should I keep going higher? or just stay at 160?

    no need to go over 160, a lot of guys dont even go over 120. personally i never liked clen and tend to stay away from it

    Take your temperature, and if it is slightly elevated, then your clen is working......some people are just lucky,0and don't experience bad sides from clen.......
    You should have a pretty good idea what your normal body temp is.....

    no need to go over 160-180, i have gone up to 400mcg/day without much added benefit

    I did clen once and at 60mg a day i was shacking and my heart was pounding like crazy so I stopped it. I wouldnt do it again

    body temp was 98.5,98.7,98.5 the three days before i started and right now its at 99.2, so i guess its working....don't most people experiece a one degree increase?

    yeah, .5-1 degree difference is good, just keep your bp monitored so it doesn't get out of hand
