I heard 250mg was fine so i think thats what i want to do but is it a waiste?

Week 1-8 Test E 250mg a week.

week 11-14 Tamoxifen 20/20/20/20.

And you will get more out of it by running it for 12 weeks and not eight. It takes around 5 weeks to even start working

like everyone said above, 250mgs is to low of a dose to see much gains and 8 weeks is way to short time wise to see gains

go with what PT said, get the cycle for a few more weeks and up the dosage.

500 is a little higher than necessary, in my opinion, especially for a 1st timer. In my first cycle I did 400 and gained 26 lbs. I've done subsequent cycles with even less and had good gains.
