clen side effects

how long does ii usually take for a person to get the jitteryness after taking a dose..

today was my first dose i only took 60mcg and about 5 minutes later i sat down and i notice my arms sorta shaking..
also i feel warmer then normal

also do u swallow it or let it sit under your tounge for 30 seconds?

think for your first time you were supposed to start smaller and work your way into it. nonetheless... seems like a normal response. you also could be nervous and accentuated the possible sides.

depending on what form it's in 5 minutes could be about right. If it's in liquid form it starts absorbing the minute it tuches a mucus membrane. Pill form, it has to dissolve a bit

No need to do Sublingual though

Could someone direct me to the post all about Clen . I came across it last night and now I can not find it anymore. It was something like "All you will never need to know about Clen" or close to it I think. Not sure as I was reading for quite some time last night so I am sure my brain is recalling all kinds of topics and just mashing them together.
