not sure what you mean by cleaner bulk?
Diet has alot to do with bulking. Its my opinion that to gain mass quick you have to gain some fat with it. For your size I'd say 5,000-7500 cals a day. Also if you do well on low doses then stay there but you could also up the dose if you don't respond (ie fat-to-muscle gains) at high intakes of food.

i would stick with the deca too you will probably gain a good bit more size that way

deca ...clean bulk is up to diet and hard work
