nolva with 19nors can make gyno symptoms worse. use an AI if you are having estrogen issues, arimidex or aromasin will do.

just use it if you need it.

also why are you alternating your dose of deca and running it so low?

id run an AI through the cycle.. drop the deca because , well, it make no sense running it like you are..
and i have no problem with the use of nolvadex if gyno symptoms were still to pop up.

This is my second cycle for my first i ran just testE 250 twice a week. should i run more deca ?

if your going to run the deca run it from the beginning.. keep the dose constant.. dont pyramid the dose. run the test a week or 2 longer.

Use an AI instead like ARIMIDEX or LETROZOLE .
