I read that aromasin is less harsh on dry joints.
my question is do other find the same effect? And witch one do you prefer?

what is the reason you are taking it?
for an ai im taking 200mg test a week,trt long term.

Big's right; no reason to be taking 1mg/day... that's too much even for a moderate cycle, ppl usually start at 0.25 mg /day
i believe he's taking it once a week.. or at least 'per week' (pw=per week?)
from what i understand, aromasin is more suppressive, which makes me think switching to that might actually cause more sore and/or stiff joints. maybe try lowering the dose a little bit, and/or switching to every day.. i don't think once a week is a good idea.. might cause rebounding? dunno.. just a stab in the dark.
might not even need it at all, if it's causing that at such a low dose.. means you have low estrogen.
Im taking 1mg a week dived mon,wen fri.
I have a high shbg 61{20-60} and i understand lowering my estro will lower shbg.
I waiting to get some proviron and give that a go.then maybe ill back off the arimidex.
But the arimidex does seem to incres my libedo. so it must be lowering my shbg.
I would drop the adex back to .5/week and see how it goes.

Arimidex should work well for what you are using it for, you may need to lower the dose or drop it.
Aromasin is a better choice for post cycle recovery, long term either works fine.
