Hey mates, enjoy your halloween haha ... I have my gear and just trying to figure out how to run it. I've done my searching on here and haven't seen anybody's like mine yet. So I thought I'd ask

200mcg Liquid Clen 20ml Bottle
75mg Tren A 25ml Bottle
200mg Test Cyp 20ml Bottle
400 Tabs Winni V 5mg

Stats: 23 years old, 2nd cycle, 1st cycle sust 250 6 weeks, Weight 230lbs, Bf. 18% Height 5"10. Cutting down and have my diet in check!

anyway, probably be fine with just the cyp for 10 weeks if your gonna do anything now. .. BF is kinda high which just diet and cardio could straighten out and first cycle wasnt much of a cycle. but looking at what you have..

enough cyp for 10 weeks..
tren 25 days at 75mg ed or go eod
couple days short of 50mg winny for 6 weeks.

lets see

maybe cyp 1-10 400mg week
tren 3-8 75mg eod
winny 7-12 50mg ed

personally id get more cyp and tren.. run it a little longer if i was gonna use all that.

i would grab at least another 10ml bottle of cyp and 2 more bottles of tren if i were you and run that tren at 50-70mgs ed for 8-10 weeks

I have 20mls of Sust250...I can try and grab a other 10ml of cyp. The tren is expensive haha but you think I only need 1 more 20ml?

I would run it as PT suggested.
I've always had success by planning a cycle first, then purchasing the items needed for the cycle. There are only 2 steps, but the sequencing is critical lol.

Plus the cycle you have WITHOUT the clen will shed BF% as long as your diet is in check.

2nd cycle.....i would hit it up like this..but first def drop to 10-12%bodyfat
1-10 500mg cyp
3-6 75mg tren a/day
5-8 50-60mg winny

save the clen for pct or use some b4 cycle to shed down to a smaller fat %.....do yourself a favor and get some cabergoline and some ai
