well sorry i can't provide more info, but if its your first cycle, i'd cut naturally first, then run test e 500mg-750mg/wk for 12 weeks
or if you want to take AAS while you cut, make it a test e 500mg/wk and add clen maybe

Also, its obvious that you have a diet issue. 180lbs w/ 16%BF means you need diet help.
