Is this ok to do?

My cycle is this

Test E 1-12 500mg 2 shots a week

My pct is going to be week 14-17 tamoxifen 40/40/20/20

Would it also be ok to use tamoxifen against gyno during the cycle and if so how much. If not should i just pick up some liquidex?

Some guys on here like Nolva on cycle.

Personally, its not worth losing gains when i can just get an AI.

Also, were gonna need some stats...

height
weight
BF%
Diet summary/#of meals
PCT/Estrogen control knoweldge
Goals? (Cutting/strength/bulking etc...)

^^^^^^you can lose/hinder gains from too much of an AI as well.......not just the serm, nolvadex

id run ldex during the cycle.. if gyno symptoms still pop up hit the nolvadex .

All AI can hinder your gains....even adex at a very low dose......

I wouldnt mind using just the nolva sense i already have it. But i want to make positive.

.25mg ed of adex is too much for me.....almost no growth during cycle with good diet....lowered my adex to .25mg e2d...and presto, gaining once again....

.25mg is a good dose to start at, but once familiar with the drug, and how it affects your body, tailor it to your personal dosage that works best for you...

Ok let me put it this way.

If signs of gyno appear and all i have is tamoxifen . How should i go about stopping it what mg should i take of tamoxifen tabs. I got 20mg tabs. 75 in total tabs

Twice a week is better as it keeps your hormone levels more stable.

As for the Nolvadex / Adex / Ldex question. Just get some adex/ldex (same thing) ad keep it on hand rather than using it during the cycle in case you get gyno symptoms. Unless you are gyno prone you are unlikely to have any issues on that cycle

bulls%#$ nolva can hinder your gains but not adex...adex doesnt reduce igf....nolvadex does...i have used 1mg adex/day on cycle for around 10weeks and was gaining like crazy strength ec etc.. dried me up like a prune vains all over that was mostly the tren

i use 40mg ed till symptoms subside then continue at 20 for remainder of cycle.

also, i think that after 12 weeks of exo test you would need more that just nolvadex ...get some hcg and start hitting up 100iu/d or 200iu/eod or tops 300iu/e3d till the last shot i wouldnt go over that...your cycle will be much better this way and so will keeping gains due to easier recovery..nolva now, aromasin later

^^^^^i am using myself as a source.....at .25mg ed, i do not grow, like i do when i am not taking anything, or a very low dose......

all i am saying, is that .25mg ed of ldex is enough to hinder my gains....If it is affecting your estrogen levels, then it can have an effect on your gains....

^^ couldn't it be that the loss of water makes up for the addition of muscle? so that the scale wouldn't tell you anything different

i think its in his head..after 10days of 1mg/day adex estro is up to around 80%supressed somewhere around that..the reason nolvadex hinders gains its cause it reduces igf adex doesnt..as for estro reduction less estro less water, harder muscles thinner skin...etc etc.

nope! i was also on 100mg/tren ed, test cyp, var(more in the beggining....thing is after cycle drive was suppressed from the tren that i am sure of! i had the same question on adex b4 i bought it because i had bump in my nipple that hurt and was growing and that because i didnt wanna take any ai or serm to see if there would be any dramatic differenein results...so anyway it went away after cycle
