Was thinking of running just prop and tren and cant really decide on a dose....

12-13% bf 5'8" 227-234(varies day to day)
I do a 4 day spit-chest/tris/abs-legs/arms-shoulders/abs/arms-back/bi's/abs
this would be my 5th cycle
Diet is in tune-only do 1 protein shake on off days and 2 on workout days (pre and post workout) get all my other protien from tilapia/raw egg whites/chicken breast/lean beef
get my carbs from plain oats/raw veggies....throw in some peanut butter here and ther

(3)prop 50 ed, tren a 50 ed, pwo insulin
(4) prop 150 ed, tren a 75 ed, var 40 ed, mast 150 ed pwo insulin
