I'm collecting all the gear for my 1st cycle
I'm looking to go for
week: 1-10 deca 500mg/week
1-12 sust250 500mg/week
pct : week: 12-16 nolvadex 20mg/day
12-16 hcg ???
age: 29
height: 183
weight: 75 kg
bf% ??
diet summary/# meals per day: 3500 calories per day and increase it to 4000 after week 4
years lifting: 10
cycle experience: pro hormones [m1t etc]
goals:muscle mass [10-12 kg]
syringe: 20 guage to draw fro vial
23 or 25 to shoot
Any sugestions /help/advise would be apreciated
why dont you just stick with the sustanon for your first cycle m8, then next cycle add in the deca. You wont need that for your first one, you will make good enough gains with sus only m8. plus deca should be run for 12 weeks at the least.
Yeah its an option too just to start with sustanon only.This way i'll c how my body reacts using aas, plus if i can get near my goal only with sust it will be great too.
I prefer test only for a first.
Id go with Test E or C for 12 wks at 500mg/wk

meaning that sustanon and test E got the same effects?
I also read that test E is the most common test that is used and that is relatively cheap to produce, as the raw materials are very inexpensive, and as such, should be reasonably cheap and not often counterfeited, thus is recommended to stick with a reputable underground lab, rather then Organon, UpJohn, or one of the many other expensive companies.
Makes sense no?

try ordering arimidex from lion, take .25mg EOD, itll help with sides. make sure you throw in clomid during PCT too bro, youll need it. i agree with the other guys doing test only for first cycle, i dont know if you'll handle the deca well, its a milder steroid, but better safe than sorry i guess :D good luck with cycle :)Quote:

Dude the more the merrier all of these drugs are dose dependent. You won't experience any sides on the doses your on. Don't listen to any of these fools that say TEST only. They are probably puny or fat. It honestly doesn't matter what you do but if your gonna do it you mine as well make the best of it and take enough gear to get some solid results. I am a trainer that works with high profile athletes that always ask questions like this, DONT WORRY ABOUT IT!

oh but PS your PCT is all wrong and I MEAN ALL WRONG. Forget the HCG for the first cycle its a waste of money, youll probably shoot to much and cause primary testicular atrophy from which you will never recover.

I did just testE 500mg week for 10 weeks and gained 25 pounds on first cycle. I wouldn't stack anything for first run.
