plateu on cycle
Hi guys - am currently near end of week 8 of a 10 week test e @ 500mg cycle with dbol kickstart
stats @ beginning of cycle
5'11" ( and a half :P)
173lbs
11-12%
Currently:
5'11''
188 lbs
13-14%
My problem is i was at 187 lbs at start of week 6... so ive put on 1lb in 2 and a half weeks
my diet is still in check and i have increased cals a bit to around 3750 was eating around 3400 prior to week 7
Any ideas? Im not over training i no that.. do i just need to eat more more more?
** currently stuffing face with chicken and brown rice **

id bump up the cals a bit.. i continually bump up the cals as i progress through a cycle.. got to compensate for the added mass.. :)
