You dont need compounds for that bro...your wife should be able to tell you that....why dont you clean up your diet and start doing some intense cardio and trust me you will see a big difference.

if you have bad knees than try swimming. or if you cant swim try standing in place boxing. or a hand bike. You could also use lift lite and dont rest between sets. there are countless ways to work around your knees. and like the others said, eat well and do cardio and it will fall off.

aas are not magical, they require dedication and especially a very clean diet to even be effective, other wise you're gonna use 5x the amount to achieve that same results. like stated about aas is not for you right now, with the weight being an issue your sides would be very high. i'm 12%BF and some would say that I should'nt cycle. just my 2 centz.
If your Diet is crap then your muscles will look like crap.

Everyone above has some good advice, hard work and dedication is what it takes, clean up your diet and make friends with the treadmill. It shouldn't take more than that, there is not special pill or substance.

Agreed, we all have excuses. Use a bike or swim. I have had 2 back surgeries in the last 2 years. I have also lost 2 wives and a 10 yr old nephew, last wife was 1 1/2 years ago. I could not or dont want to imagine loosing my daughter though so I'm not trying to compare.
Find your happy place and build on it. Get to the gym, put down the fork and find a way to do cardio even if it's just walking.

if you got bad knees. try the elliptical. i love it and shed pounds on that thing.

for example, i've got a party coming up in a few weeks and during my bulking cycle noticed i can't fit into my dress pants anymore. so i'll do a hard week of cardio and will drop 5-10 pounds. you just have to dedicate yourself and remember that you dont need something extra to get what you can get naturally.

Oh and best thing, keep in mind a goal or something that will motivate you to want to do your best cutting.

Throw in some hanging leg raises and superset with leaning dumbells on each side for the love handles. Crunches till your blue in the face, ab mahine, plenty of cardio, and of course the most important part...clean diet
