At no point does it say a pct is not needed. It is merely not included in the cycle plan. Sorry if that confused you. I'll give you some credit for at least doing a little research. It still most definitely needs a pct, trust us.

MKD, we still don't even know your stats, and as someone who doesn't know the answers to these very simple questions, you shouldn't yet be cycling anyway regardless-- for your own safety and well being. As Mulciber said, you need to do some more research. This way, if you decide you are ready you can make good choices with confidence.
