EVERYTHING is more expensive. I just got back from Cabo and the cost of living, food, entertainment is as much and in some cases more than the US. I didnt bother to look for gear it just didnt sound positive from some post I read.

What didn't sound positive? i'm thinking of going to Rosarito in the next few days. Been there several times before, but that was in 03.

around the tourist areas,if there is much around, you will have a higher risk of getting fakes and will pay top dollar.. need to go several miles in but then you have a whole nother set of risks to deal with.. just not worth it imo.. back in the day it was the way to go when all the mex labs were cookin but these days there are better options.

Rosarito isn't much of a tourist town if i remember correctly. And had some pretty good shit too. Where would you be talking about?
