Ditto, Ice helps me also. Last week I had a thigh shot that hurt while injecting, dont know why. But, it swelled and turned red. That was 3 days ago and its getting better, but still not completely gone. I would be concerned if you were not making improvement each day.

I've had injecion sites swell slightly and turn red also. The first time it happened I paniced and thought I was screwed.
After a day or so it always gets better. Most likely just irritated and not infected. Like was already said, if it doesn't start to get better in a day or two, get it looked at.
I personally have done two thigh injections and both ended up the same way..... could barely walk for two days.

What is it though?? Maybe I didn't notice it but what is the gear?? Test?? What Ester?? Obviously if it is Prop... it has a tendency to cause site injection swelling along with a lil bit of pain... or if it is a highly concentrated dose i.e.- Test 400... try cutting it with cottonseed oil to see if maybe that drops the pain of it. Moreover rub the hell out of it after the injection I have found it doesn't allow the oil to ball up and create issues.
Now if for some reason your gear is Bad and tainted seeings how you have been shooting it for 6 weeks in your glutes and getting the same reaction you might wanna think about getting something easier on your body,
There are a lot of variables here... basically... if it doesn't clear up you might wanna go to the ER to find out if you have an abcess.. warm to the touch, red, swollen, FEVER !! If you have a FEVER get to the ER pronto.

Whats the worst that can happen if I inject a fake Testosterone ?
I have some doubts on my enanthate vial, the sticker peals off, but I paid fifty bucks for it, why not use it.

post pics.
You dont want to be injecting fake gear, but ull know if its fake if you dont see any gains, or gain weight within 4-5 weeks !

Thighs are always a hit or miss with me because of all the nerves in there, if you hit the wrong spot, no matter what u shoot, it will swell up and hurt for days, and will be warm untill it settles down

Injection site inflamations.
:wg:Pain at the injection site, inflammation, and swelling.
I have been in the HRT PRogram since 2006
I do 600mg Test C per week and 400 Mg Deca Per Week.
Plenty of room for error.
I am writing from personal sad mind blowing experience, and I will tell you.
When it messes up like that, give it more then a year before you inject that site again.
Right now, I myself am fairly screwed.
I can no longer use the Gluteal, nor my right Deltoid.
They have all been blown out by this little mistake.
Wrong length of the needle, and a little too much steroid for injection at the site.
I am going to go to DMSO and mix the Steroids with it , and rub that oil mix into the skin.l
DMSO causes any substance to become readily absorbed within a couple of heart beats, by the
greatest organ we got. The SKIN !
Meanwhile, what probably happened to you.
More then likely the Oil base Steroid Seeped out of the muscle and is now spreading out like oil on top of water underneath the fascia of that muscle.
This is not good. The body sees it as a Foreign substance that needs to be attacked, and so millions of White Blood cells are dispatched to the area subsequently causing swelling, awful pain and turns into a rock solid abscess which no doctor is going to remove as that would cause even more serious infection then what we already got.
We are now stuck with that, and better not work that part until it is well healed.
Definitely do not inject at that site again for a long time.
Reason is , if your oil steroid seeped out from the muscle now between that muscle and the fascia, the subsequent swelling
has now ripped the fascia off the muscle leaving us vulnerable for leakage no matter how well we have recovered from that last
misplaced injection. Oil will now seep out of the muscle every shot, and swelling will always occur.
There is no guarantee that the Fascia will ever reattached itself to the muscle.
There is now small amounts of blood, and oil between that muscle and it's Fascia.
You can spell that as Doom On You. French vietnamese for **** you very much.
Sorry but it is going to hurt like hell with out Tramadol. [artifical Opiate that is very effective with the usual drawbacks
to stuff made like that to stop pain]
The Abscess will eventually be absorbed, if we are lucky.
HEAT. Heat will thin the oil and help it disperse through out the space it is in between the muscle and facia.
Rubbing it will prevent, maybe, but will decrease the size of the abscess.
We will get abscessed. If not that first time, we will get it the second mistake.
IT is going to hurt. Bad.
Do not despair and do not immediately jump on anti biotics either.
But do get your prescription for Tramadol.
My Deltoid is like a jagged rock, and has decpacitaed me for seven days now.
Without Tramadol, [The Artifical Opiate] I would be screaming in pain
It is not a real infection, it is seen as one by the body, but in true actuality all it is
is the oil and steroid where it should not be and the body sees that as a big time infection.
You can go to the doc and get a white blood count test before you take the anti biotics.
You should do that. I did. I do.
Do not uncessarily take antibiotics.
they mess the body natural up good.
Sorry, but we will now have continued problems at that site until we just shut it down forever more.
So don't mess up in the first place.
I already did that for you, so you don't have to.
Pressure on the Injection site is everything.
Using the right length needle will prevent seepage.
That's why we are supposed to count to 10 before pulling out the syringe.
It prevents the oil from comeing back out from the hole that needle just made.
I hope this writ helps .
