Severe overdosage is equivalent to thyroid storm and may be manifested by coma, cardiac decompensation, and possibly death secondary to cardiac dysrhythmia or failure.

He have to use betablockers. And stay on them for 1week than slowly really slowly taper down.
For example metoptolol 50mg twice a day and after one week aech 2days cut total daily dose by 10mg.
T3 effects are mediated on cardiovascular system by adrenaline/noradrenaline receptors. If you block them T3 cant harm you!

looks like 750mcgs will prolly be toxic, so your friend might be ok according to what I skim read
took 200mcg once, didn't measure right. felt like i took too much ephedrine. doubt he did permanent damage. Just need to be more careful in future. I would cut out t3 if he just started or if he has been on it for a week or more then taper down
If it was gonna do something to him it would of already happened. There is something called a thyroid storm. Google it or have him google and see if he had symptoms but I doubt he did or he would of been in the ER. I took 120mcgs once on accident and felt really anxious and started sweating real bad and my heart was racing like it never has before. I went to the ER and after about 9 or 10 hours it subsided.
yea im sure it was t3. from a pretty well known research company. nothing has happened to him but he has been complaining about a headache. he stopped obviously but i wasnt sure what to tell him
