^ i do understand the concept of training legs or abs so hard you could throw up.
But, do you? no, you don't go to that point. that is what you call excess training.
you don't see IFBB pro's running around puking up their workout's lol

Arnold puked in the gym many times. I have gotten to the very edge of sickness, but no puke yet.

i would think at that point its far past good for you. if you get near that point why not just take a few minute break or something? throwing up is not good for you, and can't be all that great for training..

its ur lactic acid that has built up tru e intensity of training.. so instead of staying in ur muscles, it comes out as puke..

Yeah try NOT having the urge to puke while hitting heavy squats at the gym 30mins after eating AND having a pre-workout drink IE coffee, energy drink, or noxplode (or the like).

I always get the urge to puke and only on leg day, your working out the lower HALF of your body. Very large muscle groups and the tension on the stomach can cause one to puke or have the urge too. Remember everyone's body is different, so just becuase you feel like you may puke or you do doesnt mean your overdoing it.

I PUKE MY F***ING BRAINS OUT AFTER TABATA. For those who don't know what that is... it's what is a known as a crossfit exercise... pretty much ridiculous... there are also many more crossfit exercises that bring me to that threshold... hasn't happened in awhile though... thank god... hahaha
